recognition with OCR, indexing and export to data base
Outcome:
- Recognized texts
inside title blocks (isolated texts as well) via
build-in or external (optional) OCR. (Is valid for a
number of monochrome images with clear title blocks
with similar topology.)

receivers (texts files, MS Excel & Access, ODBC)
